[en] Originally written for my project Espira’s album “the days of self-contradiction”, recorded in 2011.
The theme of this album was simply “human”.
I thought that human themselves are interesting.
Because it seems that various conflicting things always live together inside of each personality … That’s why the title is “Days of self-contradiction”.
With this idea, I went out with the tool for composition to the city where people come and go, and watched humans while writing.
The heatwave this summer, it reminded me of this piece.

[fr] Écrit à l’origine pour un album “the days of self-contradiction” de mon projet Espira , enregistré en 2011.
Le thème de cet album était simplement “humain”.
J’ai pensé que les humains eux-mêmes sont intéressants.
Parce qu’il semble que diverses choses conflictuelles cohabitent toujours à l’intérieur de chaque personnalité … C’est pourquoi le titre est “Days of self-contradiction”.
Avec cette idée, je suis allé avec l’outil de composition dans la ville où les gens vont et viennent et j’ai regarde les humains en écrivant.
La canicule de cet été, ça m’a rappelé ce morceau.

[jp] もともとは2011年に録音したプロジェクト”Espira”のアルバム「自己矛盾の日々」の為に書いた曲。
このアルバムのテーマはシンプルに「人間」だった。
人間そのものが興味深い存在だなぁと思ったんだよね。
様々な相反する事が常に内面的に同居してるというか…だから「自己矛盾の日々」というタイトル。
そういう事で、人の行き交う街に作曲の道具を持って出て行って、人間ウォッチングをしながら書いていった。
今年の夏の暑い日々で、ふとこの曲を思い出した。
